Mountaineers at Camp Cedar Cliff - Summer Camp for Rising 4th-10th Graders
New for summer 2010!
Rising 4th-10th graders can double the fun and excitement of Pioneers and Explorers by staying two weeks! With unique programming and an added element of skill-building, Mountaineers is not just a few more days at camp—it’s a fantastic time for growth in relationships, knowledge, and your camper’s walk with God.
Each camper will choose two out of the four skills offered only for Mountaineers: Basic Photography, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, or Horsemanship. Campers will receive 12 hours of intensive, hands-on experience in the skills of their choice. While some days will be primarily skill-building, others will be more recreational. Campers will participate in Pool Olympics, shoot arrows in archery, ride the zip line, and go on an overnight campout, plus many other camp activities.
Two of our highly-trained, college-aged counselors will lead each cabin in activities, skills, devotions, and Bible studies. As with all other camp programs, there will be a primary emphasis on spiritual growth. More time at camp means more time for life-change!
